Privacy Policy

In short: We collect what we need to run your order and nothing else, and we never sell your data.

01.Privacy Policy

  1. We collect your name, phone, email, delivery address and order history. For sellers, we also collect KYC details (ID, GST and payout details).
  2. Payments are processed securely. We keep only transaction records (order ID, amount, status, transaction ID) and seller payout details.
  3. Your address and phone number go only to the seller and our delivery partners, to deliver your order. We share data with authorities only where the law requires.
  4. We never sell your data.
  5. You can ask to view, correct or delete your data, subject to records we must legally keep. This follows India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
  6. We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure.
