Cancellation Policy
In short: Cancel any time before dispatch for a full refund.
01.Cancellation
- Buyers can cancel until the seller marks the order dispatched. If you paid online, the refund goes to your original payment method within 7 working days. If you chose cash on delivery, you have paid nothing, so there is nothing to refund.
- After dispatch, orders cannot be cancelled. The Returns, Refunds & Claims policy applies instead.
- Sellers cannot cancel an accepted order unless the item is genuinely unavailable.
- If a seller does not dispatch within 3 days, the order may be cancelled and you are refunded in full.
