Shipping & Delivery

In short: Sellers dispatch within 3 days, and every parcel is tracked.

01.Shipping & Delivery

  1. Sellers dispatch each order within 3 days of it being confirmed.
  2. Delivery time depends on your location.
  3. Any shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
  4. If your cart has pieces from more than one seller, they ship as separate parcels, one per seller.
  5. Every parcel carries a tracking link on your order page.
  6. Every seller records a pre-dispatch video that shows your piece before it is packed.
  7. Lost or damaged in transit: you get a full refund. Raise a claim within 2 days of the courier's delivery or failed-delivery update, with your unboxing video for damage.
  8. Not delivered: if your parcel has not arrived 10 days after dispatch, you are refunded in full.
  9. Please enter a correct address and phone number. Orders returned because of a wrong address are not refunded for shipping.

02.Cash on delivery (COD)

  1. COD is available on orders of ₹1,500 and above.
  2. You pay the delivery person when the parcel arrives.
  3. If you refuse a COD parcel, the order is cancelled. Repeated refused COD parcels may lead us to switch off COD for your account.
  4. Claims and returns on COD orders follow the Returns, Refunds & Claims policy. Refunds are sent by UPI or bank transfer.
