Terms & Conditions

In short: Second Story is a marketplace. Independent sellers list one-of-a-kind second-hand pieces, and we verify sellers, hold payments and settle disputes.

01.Terms

  1. Second Story connects buyers and sellers and is not the seller of the items. Sellers are responsible for accurate listings.
  2. You must be 18 or older, or use the site with a parent or guardian.
  3. Every piece is one of a kind. Once it is sold, it is gone.
  4. Prices are in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated.
  5. Payments are processed securely. Second Story does not see or store your card, UPI or banking credentials.
  6. Cash on delivery is available on orders of ₹1,500 and above (see Shipping & Delivery).
  7. Our Returns, Refunds & Claims, Cancellation, Shipping & Delivery, Listing & Content Rules and Privacy policies are part of these terms.
  8. We may remove listings or accounts that break these rules.
  9. We may update these terms. Continued use means you accept the update. Orders already placed are not affected.
  10. These terms are governed by Indian law. Courts in Surat, Gujarat have jurisdiction.
